No matter who they are; if the oppostion is wrong, then we should try to get them to change their minds and see the truth though logic, reason and friendly persuasion that seeks unity rather than division.
Vituperative diatribes do little but make us look foolilsh, as we commit to doing the exact opposite of what "we" should be doing. If we can't do at least that much, then how can we possibly claim to have any part in "knowing the right way", when we offer no practical evidence of it?
Both fortunately (for others) and unfortunately (for us); our words often speak to our ignorance far better than we ourselves are willing to.
We all have four cheeks. Perhaps it would be wise to devote but two of them to spreading waste. For in the end that is all name-calling is - waste.
